Grant County Drugs COVID-19 Statement
October 2020
Since its founding, Grant County Drugs has been committed to a core value of providing safe, quality, and convenient personalized pharmaceutical service. This enduring value guides us as we face the difficult challenge of responding to the coronavirus (COVID-19). Be assured that Grant County Drugs is taking every possible precaution to protect the health and safety of our patients and employees. We are actively working to continue to provide safe and convenient pharmacy services during this health emergency. We continue to monitor and closely follow the recommendations of the Northern Kentucky Health Department, the Kentucky Department of Public Health and the Centers for Disease Control.
We are committed to being open for business throughout this public health emergency.
- We have taken steps to maintain a safe, clean environment. We are cleaning and sanitizing our facilities multiple times a day.
- We offer a drive-thru option for those who may be ill so they can receive service without exposing healthy people.
- We can arrange deliveries in our area for those who are homebound or self-quarantined. We can mail most prescriptions to your home. We can arrange alternative options for those who may be infected.
- We are monitoring the drug markets and when necessary purchasing additional supplies of pharmaceuticals that may later be in short supply.
- Should you have special needs, we will work with you to provide your specialized care.
Should a COVID-19 infection be confirmed in Grant County or should the Health Department declare a local health emergency, we have contingency plans that will allow us to continue to provide safe pharmacy services in our stores. We continue to offer patients the option of calling in refills or ordering them through apps on their smartphones.
We recognize that these are unsettling times. We want you to know that we are committed to your safety and wellbeing.
